The cleanliness of the hotel was top-notch, I mean, the rooms were spotless and the common areas were always tidy.
The hotel's location was a major plus - there were plenty of food options nearby and it wasn't too far from Penang's main attractions.
The room was incredibly relaxing and spotless, which made for a great start to our stay.

The staff were super kind and arranged two transfers for me at very competitive prices. The suite was beautiful, welcoming, and equipped with all the comforts. The only downside was that the pool wasn’t spotless.

The location is good, considered prime. However, the lobby smelled quite bad, probably due to poor ventilation. The floor in the room was a little sticky, and the fan was quite noisy.

The location is great in the heart of Georgetown, and the facilities are excellent. The room was spacious with a queen bed, comfortable bed and pillows, clean, and had all the amenities I needed. The staff were helpful, the furniture and décor were brand new, and I loved everything about the property. I would definitely recommend it to others and would love to stay again. The pool and gym were amazing, with a fantastic view, and I also enjoyed the bilabila store where I bought a tuna sandwich and almond chocolate every morning. I couldn’t find anything to complain about.

The service was the worst in years: they charge you for luggage storage and then don’t let you use the pool after you check out at 11 am. I’ve worked in hotels and have seen similar situations, but they also didn’t clean the room throughout our stay. We waited a long time in the lobby before heading to the airport, and it felt like they wanted us gone. I won’t return.
