The staff were very nice, yet the pool was freezing and dirty, the surroundings felt very scary, there was a huge pothole, and the lady serving breakfast was overwhelmed—she was juggling cooking, stocking, and cleaning, and still ran out of food.

The room was nice and spacious, breakfast was good, but the 4 pm check‑in time was very late and we couldn't check in earlier; most hotels allow 3 pm check‑in with a slight early‑arrival option.
