The property was stunning and had a perfect central location; every staff member was amazing and always helpful, and the spa was also amazing. We were gutted that there wasn’t more Caribbean food on offer because we travelled all the way to immerse ourselves in St Lucian culture, and there was only one Caribbean lunch day.

The staff were friendly, attentive, and efficient; the surroundings were quiet, clean, and comfortable; we enjoyed scenic garden, ocean, and restaurant views; the food and drink selection was wide; there were ample beach chairs and other areas to relax; and the shuttle service between the three resorts was efficient. However, there was a water leak coming from the toilet. Housekeeping was told about it on the second day because we only noticed it at the end of the first night, and it was never addressed. We kept using towels to soak up the water while they kept taking those, mopping up the water, and giving us fresh towels every day.

The check‑in process was very poor; even though we arrived late in the afternoon, our room wasn’t ready and we had to wait about 45 minutes before it was ready.

Our stay was great, the room was excellent, and the staff were extremely accommodating for our needs. The only issue was that room service came at 9:00 pm twice.
