Although the hotel's location was ideal, being close to main attractions and the convention centre, my stay was marred by some significant issues. For an 8-night stay, I didn't receive any fresh linens, toiletries weren't replenished, and cleaning services weren't provided - we were even asked to pay extra for these services. The lack of basic amenities like tea, coffee, forks, and plates was also a letdown.

I appreciated the hotel's proximity to shopping, dining, and the Convention Center, which made it easy to get around. However, I was surprised that no housekeeping services were provided during my stay, which was a bit inconvenient.

I found the hotel's location to be very convenient for shopping at Alamoana and Don Quijote. Additionally, the water dispenser on the second floor was a nice touch, and I was able to get all the water I needed without having to purchase any. However, I was disappointed to find that there was no safe in my room, which made it difficult to store valuable items like my passport.
