The hotel feels modern yet intimate, and the staff were very pleasant; however, we had to wait for dinner at the restaurant.

The comfort and atmosphere were great, and the discreet, very courteous staff made everything smooth, plus the breakfasts were excellent—nothing could be better.

We had a fantastic family stay at Hotel Beskid BALNEO! The location is beautiful with stunning views, the rooms are comfortable and clean, the food is good, and the staff are helpful. The huge pool and SPA area are a huge plus—perfect for relaxation. The whole place is well maintained, modern, and has a very pleasant vibe. I definitely recommend it and will gladly return.
