“It was an amazing stay overall”

The property was immaculate, the food was tasty, the grounds were lush and well kept. The only downside was the hibachi booking process; we’d prefer it available in advance or at check‑in. We wasted valuable vacation time at the concierge, repeatedly returning at 10 am to try to secure reservations, often unable to reach anyone on the phone for long periods, and were repeatedly offered 9:30 pm slots until the last day. We were a group of six, and improving this process would have made the experience a bit better.

“Great food and wonderful staff - a lovely break”

The food was wonderful; we loved that evening meals are all à la carte and that you don’t have to pre‑book. However, you could not sit on the beach without paying for a sunbed or cabana. I don’t mind paying for a cabana, but we chose this hotel because it was on the beach and I expected to be able to use it. The main pool is very noisy and full of Americans pushing their drinks around on floats! The pool water was very warm, almost as if it’s heated, so it was not a good way to cool off in the heat.

“Descanso perfecto”

Todo, maravilloso el lugar impecable atención de 10. Todo increíble un lugar bello para descansar y disfrutar. La gente muy amable, solo dos personas, una Sra de cafetería y otro chico de los que nos transportaba en los carritos por las instalaciones fueron muy descortés. Pero no lograron opacar la calidad, lujo del lugar y atención de la mayoría del personal del hotel. Todos súper atentos desde el momento que llegas. Gracias
