Everything was great except the lack of a kettle; unfortunately, they offered a dirty one.

The place was clean enough and most staff were helpful, but the front desk was inexperienced and caused a big delay at check‑in.

The room was tidy even though the building clearly looks old, but there were no paper cups, no soap, no tea bags like in the other apartments.

The Saudi staff and the two Sudanese staff were very friendly and respectful, but the restaurant smelled late at night and the water flow was weak in the shower.
