The place looked nice, but the sauna didn’t work properly, the outlets were bad, the internet was very weak, coffee was paid separately, and for the price it shouldn’t be. Overall maintenance was poor, the staff were demotivated, the room wasn’t cleaned because there were no staff, and the mattresses were old.

I stayed at the inn because of its “Areal” location, thinking there would be an event at Borgo del Vino, but the written location was false. The inn is 40 minutes from Areal and is actually in Três Rios. The location needs to be corrected urgently.

No cleaning at all, chalet was a mess. I couldn't even find a clean towel.

Quiet spot, great for sleeping. Breakfast was decent.
