I recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel, and I must say it was a truly exceptional experience. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always going above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. However, I did encounter a few minor issues with the cleanliness of my room, which was slightly disappointing.

I must say that my stay at this hotel was a mixed bag, but the staff's dedication to customer satisfaction truly stood out. While the hotel's amenities and facilities were somewhat lacking, the warm and welcoming service from the staff made up for it. They went above and beyond to ensure that our needs were met, which was a lovely touch. Overall, it was a pleasant experience, despite some minor drawbacks.

I was thoroughly unimpressed with my recent stay at this hotel, as it seemed that nothing was done particularly well. Unfortunately, the lack of pre-booking led to a frustrating experience, as our rooms weren't available upon check-in.
