The spot was great, but the apartment was in awful condition—dirty, smelly blankets and duvets that hadn’t been washed in ages, a sewage stench in the bathroom, a filthy balcony swarming with flies, old, torn sheets, and the only “cleaning” they did was toss the trash. Terrible!

The place had a water leak in the bathroom, probably from the toilet, and the air conditioning was ancient while the TV couldn’t pull news channels. The location was the only bright spot.

The bed was huge and comfy, the shower worked well, and everything else was fine—plus the location was spot on, close to bars, restaurants, Ibirapueira Park, and right across from the metro station. Just a little mildew in the bathroom corners, but nothing that a thorough clean couldn’t fix.

Excellent stay! The location is a major advantage: the Moema metro station is literally in front of the building, making travel very easy. The neighborhood is quiet, safe, and has a bakery and market nearby. The accommodation is comfortable, clean, and cozy, and the staff are extremely polite and attentive. I would definitely stay here again.
