The host was not on the property when we told them we were arriving, and 30 minutes later, in the heat, we finally reached him. He came from a neighboring house, was hateful and rude, and we asked for a refund. After many phone calls and still having to track him down the next day about the refund, we eventually received one. We didn't stay; we left after he said he would refund. The place was overgrown, full of cobwebs, and creepy.
