When I arrived, other people's hair was everywhere on the floor, there was no tissue or toilet paper, and the room needed a thorough cleaning. I paid extra for breakfast, yet they only offered eggs; as a vegetarian, I wasn’t refunded for the difference between rooms with or without breakfast. The doorbell rang loudly late at night, ruining my sleep.

The staff was friendly, but the location was inconvenient. The toilet door lock was broken, a cockroach was inside the room, and breakfast was included in the booking. I had to wait until 11:00 hrs for breakfast because of staff shortages, and the booking only listed an English breakfast menu of bread and omelette.

This place is a great budget option if you're not too fussed about having a view. The room was small but spotless, and the staff were super friendly and helpful. The price was definitely right, but the lack of windows was a bit of a bummer - it felt like I was stuck in a cave. Still, for the money, I'd stay here again, especially if you're just looking for a place to crash for the night.
