The hotel is very close to the old town and bus stops, right on Durian Street in Jakarta. Breakfast was good and the staff were friendly, and the city view from the window was great. The room, however, needed a deep clean and a facelift; it was dirty and seemed to be falling apart at times. The AC was noisy and hard to set to the desired temperature, and its panel also needed cleaning.

The room was tidy and looked nice, which I appreciated; the location was decent but not remarkable, and I didn’t receive a map or much local guidance. On the downside, the pool was green and under maintenance, so we couldn’t use it; breakfast was only Asian style, and if you prefer European options, there wasn’t much beyond eggs, plus the breakfast wasn’t well replenished.
