Cleanliness was okay, and the housekeeping staff were fine; the lobby, however, was not great. This will be the last time (7 or 8 times total) I visit this hotel because it clearly is in its final stages. I happened to stay in the same room as last year, and none of the issues were fixed, plus there were new ones that still weren't repaired—apparently they fix things like a Sunday handyman, when they do. My air conditioner had lost its canopy, which wasn't replaced, and it was noisy both outside and inside. As a result, it cut off at night, so it was hot throughout the night. I now advise against staying here. I booked another place nearby because I still like the location.
