Everything worked out well overall, but I’m giving it a 9 instead of a 10 because one lobby lady was very polite and pleasant, while the other—who seemed to hold a higher rank—was rude to both us and the colleague checking us in; aside from that, everything else was great.

The hotel was clean, comfortable, and roomy, though the food fell short during my visit.

The room was spacious, but the shower tiles had a slight moldy smell and the single sink outside the bathroom offered barely enough counter space for two travelers’ essentials.

The property was lovely and I liked everything.

The room was large and clean, the hotel was close to all the main attractions in Colorado Springs, the beds were comfortable, the room didn’t have a musty smell, and the AC worked properly; the only downside was that the pillows were small, so we had to request a few more.
