The spot was handy for Biwaichi cyclists and offered great value. The room was spotless and quiet, and the bathroom and toilet were clean. Breakfast was generous and tasty. The owner, a quiet man, was kind and gave us an extra futon pad when we asked. He also handed us a hand fan as a parting gift, which was a nice touch. Other guests were friendly, and we could park our bikes safely right at the front door. The pillows were a bit hard for me, and the curtains let in a lot of morning light, so I couldn't sleep in late.

This two‑star place is basic, small, and a bit worn, so I kept my expectations low, but the dinner was very good, the breakfast was average, and there was only one bath that my wife and I could share in the evening; the location was close to the station. The bath was only available in the evening, which was inconvenient because we like to bathe before breakfast; the room was basic, with a fridge outside, and the hotel was a bit worn. The owner didn’t communicate much, which was disappointing for a small hotel.

The facilities are old, but dinner was good, with plenty of volume and tasty dishes, and the bathtub with jets was relaxing. I wish the facilities had clearer explanations; nothing was clear until I asked, and I had to find the Wi‑Fi on my own.
