The reviews before me made me hesitant, but after the new management took over I decided to give it a shot because of the spot‑on location. I was pleased with the cleanliness and comfort; the walk to MAYA is just 2 minutes, and to Niman 1 is about 5. The room has its own AC and the shared bathroom is spotless, so I felt safe staying there. The only downside was the bath towels—they seemed washed but still carried a stubborn color residue.
