The staff were incredibly helpful; after we sent a few pre‑arrival questions they answered everything in detail, making our stay very pleasant. The facilities were clean and user‑friendly, and because each room is separated you can enjoy yourself without worrying about neighbours, which left us completely satisfied and eager to return. There were no drawbacks, only a lingering curiosity about how the snow and road conditions would be during the peak winter season given the seemingly high altitude.

We had an amazing time celebrating New Year's at this place. They even let us join in on the snow shoeing and Mochi making activities, which made for an unforgettable experience for our whole family. The staff were super friendly and welcoming, making us feel right at home. It was a truly special way to ring in the new year.

“Magical!”

Winter was the perfect time to visit this place - it was like stepping into a fairy tale. We had the cabin all to ourselves, which was exactly what we needed to unwind and relax. The next day, we went snow-shoeing and it was the highlight of our trip. The staff were also super responsive via email, which made planning our stay a breeze. We'd love to come back in a different season.
