The only positive thing I can say about the hotel concerns the staff Marlon and Felipe, who did their best to meet our expectations. I booked a luxury triple apartment, so I expected a larger space, but the room I got only had a single double bed (EXTREMELY UNCOMFORTABLE). I tried to resolve this, but it wasn’t possible. At breakfast I reported several complaints to Marlon, who politely took notes of my comments. I felt another staff member was poorly trained and very agitated; later I learned she was newly hired and, in my opinion, needs urgent training.
