The location and facilities were nice, but breakfast was just okay. The coffee machine was broken, so we had to wait to get coffee and there was no orange juice. The gravy for biscuits was far too salty. Aside from breakfast, everything else was great!

I’ve known about this hotel since I was a kid growing up in Peoria, and it was lovely to stay here. The rooms were beautifully decorated and the staff were professional and friendly. However, in both our original room and the one we were moved to, the air conditioning units either didn’t work at all or only worked for a short time, leaving the room at 78° overnight, which was too warm to sleep. The staff and maintenance were nice but couldn’t effectively fix the temperature issue.
