I liked the hotel’s location and how clean everything was, the breakfast was tasty and the staff were very helpful, and the pool was excellent; however, when I arrived in Goiânia and asked for directions, the hotel didn’t send them, then claimed their phone died, and they didn’t even have a charger for a property of this size, leaving me waiting on the street for a long time before I figured out how to get there, and the dinner was absurdly pricey for the quality – I paid R$ 99.00 (R$ 90 for the buffet plus 10 % tax) for a dish that would cost under R$ 50.00 on the street.

The location, cleanliness, and room size were all good. The pool staff were terrible.

“Ótima estadia”

The Comfort staff were very good and polite, and although the daily rate is relatively high, the real perk for me was having the electric charging station inside the hotel parking. The breakfast was excellent and the location is unbeatable—right across from the Flamboyant mall. The only downside was the pool water temperature, which was very cold.
