The rooftop pool was lovely, the breakfast was good, and the family rooms were nice. It’s a 20‑minute walk to the old town or a few minutes to the nearest tram.

The hotel is about a 20‑minute walk from the central old town or a few minutes from a tram stop. Breakfast was good and the rooftop pool was lovely; the small gym was sufficient for a few days.

It is clumsy, silly, unpractical, and totally uncomfortable to lack a toilet & bidet in the bathroom. Old‑time French hotels used separate toilets from the bathroom; Novotel should add toilets and a bidet to the bathroom. If you keep them separate, then add a bidet to the toilet and put the same in the bathroom. Pls read above paragraph. It should be a comment for “did not like.”

The front‑desk staff were exemplary in manners and helpfulness, but the carpet’s cleanliness was the only thing that disappointed me.
