Thanks to Sophie and David, we are delighted with this Charentais interlude. They are extremely kind, welcoming, and present if needed. The room we stayed in was very pleasant, spacious, and the kitchen area was well equipped. It is well located for strolling without being in the tourist crowds. We will return without hesitation. No complaints.

The rooms were spacious, comfy, and well‑decorated, and the place was quiet and close to several points of interest; the owners were very friendly. The living area was a bit tight for our group of seven to eat together, though.

The location between the sea and the marshes, just a stone’s throw from Chatellaillon, was perfect. The cottage was super quiet in a tiny village, fully equipped with high‑quality amenities, and the host was charming and very welcoming.
