The bed in the room needs to be replaced; the mattress is in terrible condition. Back pain is guaranteed.

The staff booked me the special room I requested, but the sound insulation was weak and the floor could have been thicker when the heating was off.

Everything was great! It was awesome that a fridge, teapot, and free tea and coffee were available. I’ll come again! The only downside was that at night the heating or other warming options might have been needed.
