The property denied us check‑in at 2:30 PM and told us to wait until 8 PM, which is unreasonable and was not mentioned in the listing; because of this we had to book another hotel at a much higher price, causing financial loss and inconvenience. I am requesting appropriate action against the property and am considering a case against both the property and the site for not verifying hotels.
