“It was Okay”
The hotel is close to the Kottiyoor temple. They don’t allow early check‑in.
The rooms were clean and the staff arranged everything that was needed. There was no hot water; they offered a cooler to heat water.
“Improve”
The rooms are clean. The balcony is lacking.
The facility is great, featuring a balcony, and Mr. Nikhil was very pleasant and supportive.
