This hotel was amazing with amazing staff! ❤️ Thank you for everything. The room was clean and spacious. I could buy food and hygiene products at reception. The location was safe. The bus stop was a 2‑minute walk, Starbucks, KFC, and a supermarket with fresh food were also 2 minutes away. Parking was available. The self‑service laundry was free, and I’ll definitely return for my next holiday.

The underground parking was convenient and the area had restaurants, a grocery store, and other amenities nearby. Breakfast was not great; there were no options, just a pre‑bagged assortment you pick up at the front desk.

The staff were friendly and kind, the place was very clean, and there was a fridge and all the cooking equipment you’d need. The laundry downstairs, close to parking, was free.

The downtown location and heated underground parking were great, and there was nothing negative.
