I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel, especially considering its small location. The hotel was quiet, clean, and beautiful. However, I didn't have any major complaints, but everything was okay.

My room was quite spacious, which was a plus. However, I was disappointed with the extra charges and lack of preparation for my group. When I booked, I specified that there would be three of us, including a 16-year-old child, and chose a room accordingly. But upon arrival, I was told that I needed to pay extra for linens and towels for the third person, which I found unreasonable. To make matters worse, the room was not thoroughly cleaned and had dust and hair everywhere.

The hotel was tidy and well-maintained, which was a positive. However, I had some issues with my room - it was chilly, the internet was weak, and the smart TV kept freezing. The TV screen was also quite small, which was disappointing given the price of the room.

I've had the pleasure of staying at this hotel multiple times, and it never fails to impress me. The staff's friendly demeanor, the cleanliness of the room, and the quality of the linens all contribute to a wonderful experience. Over the years, the hotel has only gotten better, and I highly recommend it.
