Nice place to walk, beautiful grounds, building your was a bonus - plan to send a donation - peaceful. Convenient to have the restaurant and a great deal to have breakfast as part of the deal

The facilities were excellent. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. nothing. everything was great

Free breakfast at delicious restaurant on the property (I would recommend stopping by for lunch and dinner too). Also have a cute ice cream parlor and gift shop right next door. Free tours by the owners themselves. They are very friendly and knowledgeable about the property. Beautiful location and architecture. Rooms and buildings had some modern amenities while still preserving much of the history. They host many cool events as well. Wonderful experience for a very fair price. Various state parks and trails close by, as well as historical sites, in-town shops, and restaurants. They are currently working on upkeep and restoration— that being reliant on customer flow and donations. So parts of the property aren’t fully restored yet, and it seems they are in need of more staff to take care of the grounds and clean the many buildings they have on the campus. Go support them by spending a weekend here! I’m excited to see what they are able to do with the place once they finish their work on it

Ein tolles Anwesen mit großer Geschichte. Die familiäre Atmosphäre ist großartig, sehr freundliche Betreiber. Wir haben sogar eine Führung durch das Kloster erhalten. Insgesamt ein ganz besonderer Ort, inmitten großartiger Natur (viele Wandertrails in der Nähe)
