After paying for the reservation, I was told there was no space when I arrived; they sent me to another hostel far away and awful where I had to stay the whole time. I had a bad experience, the worst hostel in Madrid.

Nothing. No comfort, noisy room, ventilation system, rotten mattress, bathroom, shower, filthy kitchen. Cockroaches roam everywhere.
