The welcome was friendly, but the room itself was just gross. The toilet was filthy, the bedspread was stained, and the worst part was that it was right on a super busy street. I wouldn't stay here again if you paid me.

I was blown away by the helpful staff, especially the young ladies on reception, Intan and Dini, who went above and beyond to make my stay special. The food was also top-notch, with great room service options. It's hard to find fault with this hotel, everything was just perfect.

For the price, this hotel is a great value. The staff are super friendly and helpful, and the food is really good. I was impressed with the overall quality of the hotel, it's a great option if you're looking for a budget-friendly stay.

The hotel was spotlessly clean and comfortable, which was a big plus. However, the bottled water was ridiculously expensive, like a luxury item.
