Parking was quiet, but the hotel felt old, the surroundings were in an industrial zone, cleanliness was questionable, and breakfast was minimal; the staff were friendly but did what they could.

The pillows were the only decent thing, and the balcony was a plus, but I was supposed to stay three nights and ended up with just one; the shower curtain had feces on it, the bathtub floor was black and grimy, the ceiling fan was broken, the sliding door lock didn’t work, and Wi‑Fi was down the whole time. When I reported it, they tried to give me another room but I waited about 45 minutes, and every time I tried to answer their calls the cord snapped off, so I had to use my cell phone. I finally had to book elsewhere because the place is just a mess; it used to be clean and nice when I first stayed in 2020, but now it’s deteriorating.

The staff was very polite and helpful, but the whole interior of the hotel had a strong lemon fragrance that masked the smell of urine, and the pool looked cloudy and dirty, so I didn’t let my kids swim in it.
