The staff were very friendly and helpful. They had mistakenly listed our room as a two‑room apartment, but it was actually just one room; they accepted the cancellation and rebooking with no penalty even though the rate was non‑refundable. The breakfast could have offered more choices; we had fruit, coffee, pancakes, eggs, bread, cheese & ham, etc., and I would have liked the option to order something like an omelette.
