Excellent value for money, great location, and engaging service (except for the gloomy lady at the lobby bar 😊). The breakfasts were very good. The only drawback was the refrigerator that didn’t work well. I recommend this hotel.

The location is good and the lobby hall feels welcoming. Breakfast was wonderful and the front desk staff were all helpful. I found the room lighting inconvenient and the aircon in my room didn’t work properly for 3 out of 4 nights. My family’s experience with the food at the restaurant on the 4th floor was not positive; it seemed not fresh enough for a 5‑star establishment.

The staff were all lovely and went out of their way to accommodate us, even though their English isn’t perfect, and I genuinely enjoyed every single aspect of the hotel!
