“Bookings .com canceled our reservation”
Nothing positive—our reservation was cancelled when we arrived by Bookings.com, and we didn’t get to stay there.
“Frustrating”
The staff were generally friendly and the breakfast was decent, yet the shower was broken, the AC underperformed (the room stayed 74 °F even though the AC was set to 68 °F all night), and the furnishings had stains on the arms and corners. The hot tub was covered in mildew and grime on the tiles and filter. My room faced Highway 17, making it hard to enjoy the view, and the balcony was directly above the parking and passenger loading zone, so the engines and backup beeping of trucks were intrusive. I found open bags of soiled linens left outside my door in the hallway, and this happened in every hallway.
