The spot and breakfast are positives, but the room advertised air conditioning was missing, and the room and bathroom keys were actually universal keys; the owner explained this was for everyone's safety and also mentioned that the AC unit had been removed just the day before.

Breakfast is good, varied, and suits all tastes; the location is excellent, right near the arena and bus stops; the owner is very kind and helpful, the cleanliness is superb, and I will definitely come back.

The B&B is very close to all of Verona’s tourist attractions, letting me return to the room whenever I needed, and Cristiano was very friendly.

The room had no air conditioning, so the landlord brought us fans that were loud and ineffective; breakfast is set up in the kitchen and is very sparse, with no service or staff contact, and most of it is just continental fare from the box.
