The lady Lupita was lovely ♥️. I’m not sure if she was the owner, but she entered our room and started yelling at us. My kids were directed in a rude manner; we simply asked for clean towels. The young woman who came with her apologized and said that she was a bad person who was always in a bad mood.

We paid $175/night and the room smelled like marijuana and a dirty sock. The next day we went on a cruise and all our checked bags were opened and searched; they were delivered with a “K9 audit” sticker because the smell had transferred. In the hotel room, our kids walked on the carpet and their feet turned black shortly after. The plaster in the pool was badly chipped, and there were several dead frogs in the water. The property overall needs a renovation. I’m not a Karen or a complainer, just want to warn the next family that books a hotel in the area. Don’t stay here.
