The property is excellent and the staff are very welcoming; I stay there often. However, toiletries are sometimes missing, and while a coffee maker is supplied, there are no tea or coffee bags and no dairy whitener – I’ve asked the staff to make sure those items are available.

The staff’s attitude and how they view people in today’s world were off-putting. They rejected the room when I arrived, which was hard to deal with while I was already tired and lugging luggage.

The hotel itself is good, but the rooms need maintenance.
