“Uroczy hotel w świetnej lolalizacji. Polecam serdecznie”

The location is great and the balcony view is beautiful. The staff were very friendly; the receptionist spoke excellent English and was very helpful. The ladies serving breakfast were also very nice, especially Ms. Sylwia, whom we warmly greet. The hotel is very clean. Everything we liked and we fondly remember our stay. If I could change something, it would be the pool water temperature – it would be great if it were heated. Breakfast could also be a bit more varied. Additionally, the balconies could offer more privacy, as they are only partially separated by translucent plastic partitions. These minor issues don’t change my overall impression, because the staff are wonderful. The location and views are equally delightful.

The balcony view looks like a movie set, beautifully. The breakfasts were quite good. The hotel is very clean, but it definitely needs a renovation.

The lake view is indeed nice, especially in the morning on the terrace outside the room, watching the sun rise over the lake from behind the mountains – it’s amazing. We had three rooms; the higher‑floor rooms had some obstruction, so choosing a lower floor would be better. The location is a bit hard to find; many people pointed to a far road, but there is a short path that quickly reaches the hotel.

The staff were great. The room was cleaned every day. The elevator drops you straight into the town center. We couldn’t even finish all the breakfast items in time. The only problem was that our room didn’t have a fridge.

The hotel is in the center, which is a big plus. The staff are very nice, friendly and customer‑oriented, both at the reception and in service. The building is old and the bathroom noise is unbearably loud, so I used the room without lights. At 22.00 Uhr, before I went to bed, the heating started humming. Otherwise everything was fine.
