One of the absolute best hotels I’ve ever stayed at! I can’t even decide where to start, but the place is fantastic—large rooms, amazing onsen, huge breakfast and dinner buffets, free snacks and alcohol all afternoon and evening, free massage chairs, and a cozy atmosphere. The transfer from central Sendai is cheap. The view is fantastic. I can’t find anything I dislike about this place. It cost a bit more than a “regular hotel,” but for everything you get here and the all‑inclusive experience plus the onsen, it’s a good price!

All‑inclusive service, the zero‑gravity massage chair, a wide variety of meals, and the ice cream at night was Häagen‑Dazs—everything was delicious. The bath was lukewarm, which was great for me since I tend to get overheated. Nothing major to complain about, but if there are a lot of older guests, the buffet can be tough for us.

The room is super, super big! Drinks are plentiful and free, and the dinner buffet shows real effort! The value for money is really high—highly recommended! The shuttle to and from Sendai Station is very hard to book; we were told it was full both ways when we booked. The bus runs every hour and there’s no place to put a large suitcase! During peak times with a big suitcase, it’s a real hassle.

The food was tasty, but because the seating was free‑form, it was crowded. Two sofa beds were added to our two‑person room, making it a four‑person bed. We were disappointed because the sofa beds weren’t listed in the reservation.
