The staff were pleasant and helpful, but the room was damp, everything was wet, and the air conditioner didn’t help.

The front‑desk lady was friendly, yet the first luxury king suite we booked was saturated with chemicals that irritated our throats, and the smaller room she handed us later was full of black mold on ceilings and under the bed; we were told it was the last available room.

The front desk lady was super friendly, very professional, quick, and polite. But right after the elevator, the whole place smelled like someone was heavily smoking marijuana, and the room had a mold/mildew odor and felt warmer than expected—80+ degrees is already hot and humid, yet it seemed like the A/C wasn’t on even though we’d arrived at a scheduled time. There was hair on the toilet, and the breakfast area should open between 9:30 and 10:00.
