The stay was disappointing: poor hygiene and cleanliness. The water bottle and towels weren’t placed, the washroom soap and liquid dispensers were empty, and the pillows had extreme lipstick marks. Given how the hotel looked, I feel it doesn’t offer value for money. I called twice for towels and no one came.

The location was good, but the lifts weren’t working and no staff helped with luggage from the 5th floor.

The staff were cooperative, but the rooms were unhygienic. There were many small cockroaches in both rooms, even after we asked to change rooms. Dust was everywhere, the washroom wasn’t clean, and the washing sink smelled awful. Overall, it was a very bad experience.
