The room was super clean, the staff were very friendly, and the location was great; it was a simple room but had everything you need, including a good shower, though I couldn’t get the heating to work during what might have been the first real cold snap of the year.

The room was nice, spacious, and the bed was comfortable, but I couldn’t find the TV remote.

It is centrally located, but the facilities are poor and the bedroom was cold; I found the owner/manager responsive, yet the mattress needs replacing, the half‑used bottles in the bathroom look sloppy, there was no way to lock the bedroom door from inside, the radiator cover was coming off, the safe didn’t work, and I could have used an extra blanket.

The location was good, but there was no heating or hot water.

The place sits in a good spot, but there was scaffolding right up to the bedroom window and the window latch was loose, so I didn’t feel fully secure and couldn’t sleep well.
