We were absolutely delighted; Paolo was very kind and helpful, giving us city tips and restaurant recommendations, the room was spacious, the cleaning and towel changes were flawless, and nothing was missing. Everything was fine.

The building was charming and authentic, Paulo was very friendly, the room and bathroom were huge, and the high ceilings added to the appeal. Nothing to complain about.
