The hotel is in the city. The staff are friendly. I liked the breakfast; they offer three sets and coffee. There was no hot water in the city. It would be good to improve the bathroom for the price. A kettle in the room would be nice. The hotel is decent. The price is average for big cities, but there are better options for the same cost in large cities. Given that, consider paying for half a day; for example we arrived at 1 am, left early in the morning, but paid for a full day.

“Отличная гостиница”

Excellent hotel. I stayed twice. The staff are great, friendly and professional. The room is clean and warm, and importantly the rooms are not smoky. The breakfast is very good, with several sets for every taste. Blackout curtains would be appropriate, but that’s just a suggestion.

I liked the location, close to my business destination. The staff were friendly, but the restaurant’s food quality varied. Checking out was a nightmare because every invoice had to be handwritten; it took an hour to finish ten invoices. A digital system would help. The room was cramped, the furnishings were old, and the bunk beds had no proper footrest.
