The place was spotless, but that's about where the positives end. For two whole days, I had zero wifi, and even after complaining twice, nothing changed - it was pretty frustrating. The staff seemed reluctant to help with anything, always making it a hassle. The kitchen's in another building, and of course, you need to bother staff for access. Breakfast was just okay, and the beds were basic, with no headboards.
