The property has a perfect location, just 2 minutes by car from public and private parking near the beaches. Pharmacy, minimarket, grocery shops are all off the street from the property. The room was clean, tidy and equipped with all comforts. Host Nicola was very kind, as was his colleague Rita, whose unique kindness and constant availability delighted us with a delicious breakfast. 100 % recommended.

Excellent location, immaculate cleanliness, very spacious room, staff Nicola and Rita are wonderful people, breakfast is very good. Everything.
The room and bathroom were very spacious. When we arrived the place was spotless, and after a few days Mrs. Rita still took care of cleaning our room. Rita was incredibly kind to us, listening to every request and doing her best to accommodate. Even though I never met Nicola in person, he was very friendly on the phone, especially after a mistake on our part. The B&B is right next to Paestum and the San Salvatore dairies and Tenuta Vannulo (both worth trying!). A 10‑minute walk gets you to the sea. The room stays cool once the air conditioning is on. Highly recommended! The breakfast is great and Mrs. Rita is very helpful in trying to satisfy everyone. It might be nice in the future to offer a wider menu with more savory options, which are currently missing. Otherwise everything is good, especially the sfogliatelle!
