The place was not clean, the staff who moved the luggage were annoying and interfered with everything, and the room by the pool was very noisy because of the air conditioner all night.

Breakfast was magnificent—probably the best hotel breakfast I've ever seen. The bathroom shower drain was semi‑blocked; I reported it and the hotel responded instantly, but I still had to clear it myself the next day, so the local maintenance or plumber likely lacked experience reaching the actual trap. I could see attempts had been made to fix it.
