The area. ⭐ 1/5 Stars — Very Disappointing Stay! Pictures Are Deceiving! DO NOT BE FOOLED BY THE ONLINE PICTURES! My family and I stayed at InTown Extended Stay in Chandler, AZ, for 10 days, and the experience was extremely disappointing. First, the pictures online are very deceiving. They advertise upgraded rooms for an additional charge, but they don’t clearly show you what those upgraded rooms actually look like. What you see online is not necessarily what you’re getting. The property itself was concerning. There were people who appeared to be using drugs constantly lingering around the back of the building and stairways, which made the environment feel uncomfortable and unsafe. As for the room, the bed was extremely uncomfortable, the sheets were dirty, and the kitchen was not properly cleaned before our arrival. We literally had to clean the kitchen ourselves just to feel comfortable using it. To make matters worse, we were provided only ONE set of towels and ONE roll of toilet paper for our entire 10-day stay! For a property that specializes in extended stays, that is absolutely ridiculous. When you’re paying to stay somewhere for an extended period, basic cleanliness, comfort, and adequate supplies should be the bare minimum. My biggest issue is the lack of transparency. If you’re charging guests extra for upgraded accommodations, show accurate pictures of what they’re paying for. Guests deserve to know what to expect before spending their money. I would not recommend this location, especially to families looking for a clean, comfortable, and safe place to stay. Save yourself the disappointment and look elsewhere!
