There was no Wi‑Fi in the rooms.
The location, cleanliness, and staff were great, and the hotel was close to points of interest, but the air‑conditioning unit in the room made a noticeable noise.
“Matig”
The pool was fine, but blaring music kept playing past midnight right beside it, audible to the four guests nearby, and the place is very echoey. The staff acted indifferent, making you feel lucky just to be there. The rooms date back to the 1950s—clean enough and with great air‑conditioning—but for the €200 I paid I expected far more.
“Wonderful experience overall. I would highly recommend it to anyone planning to stay in Palau.”
Everything was excellent: the location, breakfast, and staff all went beyond what we expected. In the evenings there was lovely live music that wasn't too loud but very pleasant and entertaining, creating a great atmosphere. Our only comment was about the pool hours, which were 10:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. with a break from 1:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m.; we think it would be better if it stayed open from 10:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. without a break.
The location, services, and kitchen were good.
